Cannot recommend highly enough. Erik came out and inspected the house, identified entry points and sealed the exterior from further invasion. Was straightforward in what to expect and how to trap out rats from the attic. When an additional grate was damaged that wasn't in his original bid, he came out and sealed it anyway. I called Sierra Wildlife Control for assistance in handling a family of squirrels that had moved into the attic of my house. Erik answered my calls and walked me through the entire process of what they have to offer. He was professional and kind over the phone and answered all of my questions with ease. He preformed a preliminary inspection of the house (at no charge) and then provided an estimate for the work that needed to be done. He also walked me around the property and pointed out each item on the estimate which I really appreciated as a new homeowner. This reassured me that he was truly here to help. We scheduled the work and he was able to quickly come back and seal up holes in the eaves and install a one-way door for the squirrels.
