I had a really bad rat and mouse infestation and Erik determined how they were getting in, sealed off all of the openings, and came out to my home several times to make sure they were all gone. Erik was very knowledgeable, professional and spevializes in wildlife control. I called on saturday. He came out monday morning, assessed situation, gave me an estimate and was out the next day to do the work. By thursday he was finished. Critters gone. He knew where they came in and how the got inside a small section of wall. Took pictures of the areas needing attention and took pictures after of repairs he made. I loved Sierra Wildlife Control because I was a bit freaked out having a large animal like a racoon tear a large hole in my siding and Erik was prompt to respond. He came out quickly to evaluate and come up with a plan the same day! Erik not only examined the damages and provided a temporary fix, but checked the rest of my house and attic and provided thorough documentation for my homeowners insurance. I like that they use live capture, humane traps and Erik explained all the scenarios and options. Erik was professional, personable and reasonably priced for the service.
