Sierra Wildlife Control

We recently heard rodent noises in an upstairs wall—likely rats or squirrels—and knew we had to act fast. After reading glowing reviews, we called Erik at Sierra Wildlife Control. He responded immediately and came out promptly with his assistant, Jake. They climbed onto the roof and quickly identified several vulnerable entry points. Erik's deep knowledge of rodent behavior (rats vs. squirrels vs. mice) was impressive, and he clearly explained the steps needed to seal the gaps, including redoing a poorly executed repair from a previous contractor.

I received a detailed quote the next day, accepted it, and Erik returned shortly after to do the work. He spent several hours sealing up entry points, fixing the eave issue, and documenting everything with photos. He also set traps in the attic to catch anything still inside, planning a follow-up visit the next week.

They did skunk exclusion work for us. They were professional and the end work looked good. I would use them again for sure.

Was straightforward in what to expect and how to trap out rats from the attic. When an additional grate was damaged that wasn't in his original bid, he came out and sealed it anyway. I called Sierra Wildlife Control for assistance in handling a family of squirrels that had moved into the attic of my house. Erik answered my calls and walked me through the entire process of what they have to offer. He was professional and kind over the phone and answered all of my questions with ease. He preformed a preliminary inspection of the house (at no charge) and then provided an estimate for the work that needed to be done. He also walked me around the property and pointed out each item on the estimate which I really appreciated as a new homeowner. This reassured me that he was truly here to help. We had rats in our attic. Eric did a great job of finding all the entry points and sealing them off, then coming back with follow-up visits to make sure no more rats were ending up in traps. Highly recommend!
