My wife and I stopped for lunch while Christmas shopping about 2 years ago. We were told to seat ourselves. No problem...
No one asked if we needed a drink, menu, or even noticed us sitting. I asked the bartender if there was a waitress, the reply was yes...
We waited about 15 mins, then left.
I refuse to go back.. horrible customer service. Wish I could rate the food or drinks, but never even got that far...

I can't believe Siamsa responded to my wife the way You did. You picked apart her misuse of the word assault. Any intelligent human being can read and understand her term should have been harassment. I guess harassing women is ok in your establishment, but harassing someone and asking for an apology is not. What happened to moral decency in Stroudsburg? Well, maybe not Stroudsburg because we went to the pub right next door and enjoyed the rest of our evening.
I would have accepted an I'm so sorry bs excuse ANYTHING!, but you are basically saying don't come back to customers that actually spent money at your bar and restaurant. And to top it all of, you blocked my wife from further contact on this page.
I am not saying anything about who was right and who was wrong the other night. I am saying the management and maybe the owners of the place probably should take a course...
