Recently visited East Stroudsburg for a last minute bachelor party and we stumbled across siamsa... the food was incredible, the staff was incredible and the owner was extremely accommodating and professional. Horrible service waitress ignored me and my girlfriend all night she felt uncomfortable since we were the only interracial couple there. And she felt that was the reason for the bad service . The food arrived cold and I had to as the waitress for a spoon 3 times. Also the food was not that good. I simply paid for the food and left no tip for the horrible dining experience I had.
