I visited Siamsa for the first time today for my friend's Anniversary. My mom is from Ireland (Galway), so I have been to Ireland over the years and have had my favorite Irish meal, the Irish Breakfast. Eggs, Rashers, Bangers, White Pudding and Brown Bread. Siamsa has the closest to authentic I have ever had here in the US. Very impressed. Of course, the Brown Bread will never compare to mom’s, but it was very good. :) The waitress was very friendly and did an amazing job. Highly recommended!

Great authentic Irish food, lovely atmosphere, and a terrific waitress (Andrea). Glad I saw this before my trip to Stroudsburg ~ perfect end to a day hiking in the woods. The shepherd's pie was awesome
