Shelter Guard Roofing and Gutters

I was told my appointment was between 9 and 12. No one called to say they were running behind. I had to call and inquire. I was then told after 1 p.m., I had another appointment at 130.

I was told they woul arrive at 3, they did not show up until 430. I was not notified they were done. I went outside to see how things went. They left without me inquiring about anything. I find this not professional at all. You should always notify your client when you are done and check to see if you have any questions. Unprofessional.

First and last time customer! They sprayed dirt all over the siding of my house. Many of the downspouts were bone dry which means the attached gutters weren't flushed of debris. Just absolute overall sloppy and unprofessional job! They even admitted it shouldn't have happened. They can hold there breath on payment for the mess they created. MY invoice for the time I spent cleaning up will certainly be more than what they charged for the sloppy mess they left today. See pictures and video and ask yourself if you want that type of mess (or worse) left on your property!
Addendum: looking at thew owners response one can conclude that poorly trained and unsupervised people were sent out. Yes, I texted at 5:48 pm because I spent over an hour cleaning up their mess when I got home at 4pm! Shouldn't have happened. Certainly wouldn't trust these guys to do my roofing. There were...
