The guys actually showed up before our appointment, so they were more than prompt. They were ready to go to work, so it was less of a consultation and more of an appointment to do the job! They did not wear masks but were very pleasant, professional, and kept an appropriate distance. The guys also let me know that they would’ve normally pressure washed the areas where debris fell down on the siding home, but that they had a hose fail on them on a job the day before, which is literally the ONLY reason for 4 stars out of 5. They were done very quickly and payment was done through Square. Overall, I am very satisfied with their service.

My initial experience with them wasn't very good because no one showed up at the scheduled appointment time, which was on a Wednesday afternoon between 1 and 3 pm. About 6pm I got a text saying things were messed up and could he come Thursday or Friday? We settled on Friday, 9am. Thursday morning about 7:45am I get a text saying they are coming at 9am today. They got here 9am and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with Shelter Guard Exteriors and will use them again.
