We were supposed to have some gutter cleaning done. Arrival window confirmed 3-6pm. Made plans accordingly to be home from work during the agreed window. Get a call from Dillon of Shelter Guard after said window, stating they will be unable to make it as the earlier appointments in the day were running long due to weather and wished to reschedule.

Frustrating to only get this notification after waiting the afternoon for them and considering I had used their services maybe 4 or so times prior without issue. But at the end of the day, too many other companies can clean gutters while also maintaining better professionalism and handling of appointments.
