Aurora and her professional team of 10 worked on my house for 5 full days for smoke and ash mitigation in the recent Marshall fires in Louisville, Colorado. They did a magnificent job and I find no fault in their work as every surface was wiped clean of ash and soot. Her communication was spot on as there snow delays that were unexpected. In this most stressful time, I have to compliment Aurora on management and communication skills. She was also very responsive to my emails and phone calls and for that I really appreciate.
