Malissa and Jose (and his crew) were amazing! I’ve used Servpro in multi family real estate in the past and called Malissa on a Saturday at 9pm for my personal flooded basement. She was so nice and caring when she could have easily declined the call. She rushed to get me taken care of and Jose and his team were at my door within the hour! I didn’t catch the whole teams names, but Jose and two guys were so professional and polite. They taped up everything, cleared space and left my basement is the best possible condition! And they were so speedy, which was nice since it was so late. They came back to test moisture twice after before removing the machines so I knew it was ready!
