I called Servpro because the tenants in our rental property reported what they thought was mold in the lower level of the house. Servpro quickly set up an appointment, showed up on time and gave us an evaluation of the situation. They gave me an honest appraisal of what was going on, explained exactly what they would do and gave me a detailed estimate. When it turned out that there was no mold, they notified me immediately, packed up and left and adjusted their bill accordingly. I was able to reach my Servpro representative, Ivan Ramirez, at every stage of the project and he as alway helpful and responsive!

We had a leak from a shower in the bathroom above a bedroom. We called serv pro on a Saturday night and they came within two hours to start drying out and clean up.

Poor communication and even worse follow through. They were paid way more than they deserved because they lied about what they did and didn’t do everything they quoted. Would 100% never use this company again.
