This was a whole new experience for us. We had no clue what was going on so we called service master several times. We spoke to a different person every time we called. We asked a ton of questions and no matter how annoying we were EVERYONE was so nice. They explained every step and kindly and patiently. The team members who came to our home were also professional, and compassionate. They left my home clean and explained everything they were doing. Considering the circumstances, service master made the whole process bearable.

ServiceMaster explained what needed to be done and they quickly moved forward to start the drying process. They arrived on time everyday to test and communicated with me the results. Wow, could not ask for more professional service. The two techs, Eric & Brady worked amazing. Non stop for over 12 hours, thru the night to midday. Few days later, Eric came to my home to remove all the equipment. My home was 122 degrees😲. I had to continue ask him to stop, cool down. I work totally refer this Service Master any time. How many ways can I say THANK YOU 😆
