As a renter working with the company has been very easy. Any issues that have been handled in a timely and professional manner. Definitely glad that they're who we have to work with.

Fees! $100 move-in fee but you have to pick up your keys from a lockbox and do your own walkthrough, so I guess it’s paying them to clean? Idk why that isn’t their jobs. $10 to pay rent by check. $2.49 to pay online. They call contractors for everything, you’ll never meet any of them. Basically health insurance for property management: pay for services they don’t provide. Nice apartment but I wish the landlord would switch to people who actually work.

Beyond disappointed with this property management company. Lived in a house 4 years they take over cost me $2,000 dollars then don’t want to renew my lease like the last time terrible communication with there workers or even tryin to get ahold of them

If you like flying Spirit Airlines, you'll love SCUDO, because they charge junk fees for EVERYTHING. Nice people, but you have to pay a fee to access their online portal to pay your rent (it’s a “resident benefit”), and then no matter what method you pay by, you have to pay ANOTHER fee. Even an ACH transaction. And if you want to pay with a physical cheque, it's a $10 fee to do that! Be sure to add $50 a month to what the advertised rent is, because it'll be at least that much after they nickel and dime you just to do their jobs. Posted under a pseudonym because the lease has several clauses about evicting tenants if you're mean to them.

LANDLOARD BEWARE! If you own property in the Kansas City area DO NOT use this company to manage your property. If possible, I would have given 0 or negative stars.

Scudo fell into my lap a year ago when a coworker needed to move, and I took over the house. They made the process very painless and simple. This year I chose to renew because I love where we live and it is very easy to contact and communicate with the office and property managers. The inspections are painless, and they give you ample time to have anything completed. I have also had no issues.with maintenance and if I ever needed anything Maria has been amazing and very communicative. SCUDO is definitely the way to go!

I love the professionalism goid communication and when I need something fixed or repaired scudo properties take care of it
