We had an interesting experience leasing a house with Scudo in the Kansas City area. Upon our move in inspection, we noted a lot of repairs that needed to be done, such as carpeting (open tacks on stairs), keys for the locks, running water, etc. We were also left with a bathtub sized box of scrap from some cleanup in the basement. We were told that most of these items would be taken care of on or around our move in date 5 days later. When in fact none of them were taken care of when we moved in and were given a single key (that did not even open the front door), we expressed our disatisfaction and were told that this was the fault of the vendors. Over the next week, only one inspection item was resolved, and we were still without running water. We then received an email saying our management company would change after two more weeks.
