Marisela (Scudo Agent) is VERY responsive, understanding, and professional. She provided better than exceptional customer service to us from start to finish. We had an issue with the carpet when we moved in, and she handled ASAP! Marisela advocated for us -the tenant- while keeping the home owners best interest in mind as well. What a tight walk to balance, but she did it beautifully and respectfully. I can't say enough GREAT things about her! Additionally, I loved the Citizen bill service offered by Scudo. It was free for us to use and made our relocation SO. MUCH. EASIER. I highly recommend you utilize this service if you are looking to sign with a SCUDO property.

I would not reccomend this company! Everytime they have come to do work at my place, they do not complete the job properly or in a timely manner. We have to contact management again to have it completed and done right including clean up after they are finished. If I was a homeowner, I would never use this company again.

Scudo and their team have been so helpful and accommodating during this crazy time in our lives. There was never an issue of setting up a tour and we were able to do so safely and privately to keep all parties safe. The process of applying to signing the leasing was quick and efficient and all of our questions were answered to the best of their ability.
