Our apartment has been nothing but a nightmare since moving in. Constant issues and noisy upstairs neighbors. Constantly being waken up by them and our child is too. Walls are so thin you hear everything and the piping is so loud. We just got home from the hospital and had been gone for a whole day and find our sink overflowing with filthy water with food in it, definitely not ours cause we haven't been here (second time this has happened) and got everything on the counters ruined. It seems that Scudo cares more about saving money than taking care of issues. When it comes to maintenance problems, we almost always have multiple vendors out for the same issue because they want to do or probably just pay the bare minimum. I understand trying to save money, but they would have probably saved a lot of money if they fix things correctly the first time. I am willing to give specific examples if you would like. Read more >
