Not really sure what to say at this point just responding to your request. The maintenance guy's only been here once that I'm aware of. I wasn't able to meet him myself,but he had to order some parts for the handrail I guess. He hooked up my dryer vent, which requires a 4in duct, to a 3in duct. So, that's not going to work. I had to unhook it and rerun it back the way I had it. Running out the window in the laundry room. At least until we can figure something else out.

I did meet the plumber however. Very knowledgeable and professional. And clean too. He cleaned up after himself. That was much appreciated.

Placing the work orders seems to be fairly simple once you figure it out. So far everything seems to be quite prompt and professional. Minus the dryer. But all good.
