I scheduled a viewing for an property I was interested with no hassle but now that I’m trying to get ahold of an leasing agent with Scudo it’s impossible I’ve called the number 3 times and spoke with their receptionist people (nice ladies I’ve spoken to) they took my information down and states someone will reach out to me but still have yet to here from someone this is very disappointing as I was ready to proceed with an application for the home i had viewed but now the home is gone I just needed some clarification

I've had a pleasant experience with them. Renewing the lease

I have tried to view the property on Booth dr for 2 weeks. I have showed up for a scheduled viewing on 3 separate occasions. The automated system says to send the serial # on the lock box and every time I do it never sends the code to unlock it. I have tried calling SCUDO each time and each time I have been told that there is no one available to get me a code or talk to me at that time. I have been told that messages would be left and I would be called back. I have never been called back. I only care so much because this is the perfectly located property for me and the pictures seem like it would be perfect for my situation. I am very disappointed that I can’t even view this property. I hope someone sees this review and actually calls me back.

SCUDO is by far the best property manager I've worked with. I am a tenant. They are professionals who care about what they do and it shows. Their words and their actions line up. They are responsive to me when I contact them for any reason and my maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner by a team of people who are qualified to do the work.
