Giselle finally reached out to me and she has been a doll and I really appreciate her going above and beyond for me and getting the information I needed to make a decision
I greatly look forward to working with them! I must say this is by far one of the businesses that I've run into where the reviews are quite legitimate
I highly recommend they truly value their customers

I am SO incredibly disappointed, I have NEVER seen a 4 star review for a property management company in the metro! They're usually 2.5 or 3 so imagine my surprise when I viewed one of their properties and researched them and saw not only ALL the positive reviews but their replies to the negative ones. I'm not sure who exactly oversees the inspection of the apartment, but I have had several issues that happened all in my first week-up until now that has happened so far. My 2nd night the toilet had flooded, and I couldn't get it to stop until maintenance came in on Saturday. I’m glad that, that issue has been resolved now. I also put in my inspection that the screen for one of my windows was not put in and it also had some damages to it that I noticed after inspecting it. I also noticed that the screen already in the window on the left side, has a small tear in it. I don't want to even have it open because I don't want my cat to bother it and have it blamed on him. I also noticed scratches in the vinyl flooring and air pockets, and I am concerned about mold from previous mopping lying in those lose floorboards.
