They are very quick to respond to my questions and concerns.

I wish it could have been better
I lost a rental because I never got a call back then I didn't get the updated lease in time to sign for a new rental
They have great customer service but as a 1st timer with scudo I expected better after the reviews I read but I wouldn't hesitate to try them again in the future

Can do a better job with communication with scheduled appointments and inform us on what's going on
