Saunders-Dwyer Funeral Home New Bedford

We worked with Bill Saunders, out of the Mattapoisett office, on burial services for two family members who passed within six weeks of one another. Needless to say, it's been a difficult time. Throughout it all, Bill was an incredible support and resource regarding the logistics of what happened when our loved ones passed. He was the most responsive person I've ever worked with - he will respond to a text immediately, regardless of when sent. And kind, caring, but also sharing a sense of perspective - and humor - during incredibly challenging periods. He is deeply and broadly knowledgeable, and was simply an invaluable resource as we said goodbye to our family members' physical presence on this earth. We are incredibly grateful we worked with Bill (and his team).

Bill Saunders from Saunders-Dwyer Funeral Home was absolutely outstanding from the initial phone call I placed the day after my Father passed, to bringing communion to my Mother right after my Father's service. His communication, kindness, and overall approach to such an emotional time was like no other. His team was absolutely top notch and very supportive.
