Saunders-Dwyer, especially Bill Saunders, who served us, was totally compassionate, and understanding during our trying time, but also completely professional and knowlegeable in all aspects of the things we had to do to make the experience, the smoothest and best possible. He was also very detail oriented, making sure everything that needed attention at the present, or may come up later, had been properly prepared for. In doing that he made it possible to keep our minds focused on the reason for all this.
