Bill Saunders and staff handled both my mother and father's services 20 years apart! You couldn't pick a more professional, sensitive and thorough funeral home to guide a grieving family through the process. Most recently, my mother's situation was a little more complex and Bill made sure she had the "send off" she and our whole family requested.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at such a difficult time. Bill, the owner, walked me through every step of the process and was a valuable source of information. Every phone call or text was answered immediately. The wake and the burial were pulled off without a hitch. Everyone I dealt with with was a consummate professional. Bill handled our Mom's arrangements four years ago and now Dad's. In a sad time of loss, it is comforting to have Bill's expertise and empathy. I felt supported and appreciated Bill's quick and thoughtful responsiveness. Also, I loved the choices for memorial cards. He had perfect options for each and I am thankful for the nice quality along with the complementary laminated picture and obituary he provided. My dad passed away in Florida which meant we had to get him back to New Bedford. Bill and the staff made every step so easy it was one less thing we had to worry about. The entire experience under the circumstances was effortless and everyone was very gracious to myself and my family.
