I selected Saunders Dwyer because I have always been impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, and sensitivity to people who have experienced loss of a family member. I asked younger family members to participate to gain experience for future arrangements as they age. Bill explained the process and different scenarios that sometimes occur. He was patient and everyone was as comfortable as possible under our circumstances.

He always got back to me if I had questions, and worked with us as we presented ideas about picture albums, poster boards, our slideshow, and flower placement. Bill’s son, Will, worked with his father to help with meetings and questions, and Tom handled the entrance with professional sensitivity. I will choose SD again for future funeral needs.
