Our windows were so dirty from rain, from sprinklers/splashy dirt, and an infernal bird that has crashed our south windows over and over every morning for the last 2 months! Josh and Jimmy were hard working and professional yet so friendly and helpful. They scrubbed at the bird messes so hard. Their work produced shiny windows I love looking out of. Have used Sapphire for years and will continue to and recommend them to others.
