We hired SacSurfacePro to clean our shower granite that had been discolored from hard water and soap.
Some of the factors that led us to SSP were the small business ownership, the owner was licensed and insured and he was very knowledgeable on the phone when discussing our project.
While we are satisfied with the results, how we got there was not impressive.
The owner arrived a few minutes late with two young helpers, or so I thought. After visually reviewing the shower and work to be performed, the owner informed me that he was leaving and the two young men would be doing all the work. Are they licensed? I still don't know. They spent three hours scrubbing, rinsing and buffing. They played music and joked with each other while working. Not necessarily a bad thing, but made me more irritated that the owner had left.
When the work was completed the young men...

Matt and his crew were great. Very professional, knowledgeable and priced fairly. I just moved to a new home and tile floors were dark and disgusting and they did an amazing job cleaning everything. The floors looked new after they were done with it. I finally feel like I can walk on the floor barefoot!
