Matt and his crew did a great job cleaning my tile grout. there was a noticeable difference before and after. Very happy with the results and Matt was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for their tile grout to be cleaned!

We have a large travertine space that covers most of the first floor space in our Granite Bay home. After seventeen years of use, it looked dirty and tired. Sac Surface Pro came out and did a very good job renewing our floor. We’re very happy about the job they performed.

I have a limestone floor in my kitchen that had lots of etching over 15 years of use. Matt and his team sanded it, polished it, and cleaned it and then sealed it with a matte (honed) sealant. The grout lines didn't get as clean as I was hoping but Matt explained why (dirt/liquids absorbed into grout vs just laying on top). Overall, floor is refreshed. Cost was under $800. I did not price compare with anyone because reviews from others were good and I just wanted it done.

I was very pleased with the pricing of cleaning and sealing my tile. The service guys who came out to the house, were on time, polite, professional and explained the service I was getting and shared how to maintain the tile. I would definitely recommend them!! First class service!!
