Jeremy was professional and polite. He took the time to sit down with us and listen to our situation. We’ve been feeling hopeless and depressed. We wanted to sell but our house needed a lot of work and we couldn’t find a solution. No realtor wanted to list it and we had a few other guys who said they were investors come look. They didn’t even call us back. Jeremy showed a genuine interest in us and not just in the house. THANK YOU Jeremy for helping us move on from this mess 😊

Honest and Caring. These are only a just few words I can think of when describing my encounter with Jeremy. He was referred to me by my sister after he bought her house last year and really helped her out of a bad spot. My situation was worse and I thought there was no way he (or anyone) could help me. So first off let me tell you, this guy and his company are legit. To be honest, I reached out to a few other of these Other “we buy houses” guys first. I saw a few FB ads and took a shot with them. Not only did they not give me an offer, once they saw how bad my situation was they never even contacted me back. What a waste of time!! But then I was referred to Jeremy and it was a breath of fresh air to speak with someone who took the time to explain to me all of my options. Did he offer me the highest price?? No! Was he honest and forth coming? Absolutely!! I sold him my property and we closed in less than 3 weeks. He even allowed me to stay in the house a week after closing!! Jeremy is legit. Will be recommending him to everyone ❤️❤️❤️

Jeremy came out and looked at my house. This guy was genuine and completely upfront about the service he offers. Turns out he wasn’t the best fit to buy my house AND HE TOLD ME THAT!
