Before I was referred to Jeremy, I did an online search and contacted 3 of these “we buy houses” companies. Two of them were a complete joke and the third offered me $37,000 for my $110,000 house! What a scam and waste of time. Not only did Ruston Capital buy my house at a price I liked, they were friendly and professional. Good to know there are still a few companies out there that does good business

Thank goodness for Jeremy and his team! I kept getting calls and text from people all over the place. One guy was in New York, another in Texas. They were trying to give me an offer on my house without even looking at it. Ummm no thanks! I looked up local house buyers and Ruston Capital by far had the most reviews (and deservingly so). Jeremy was completely upfront and honest. He told me about a few options I didn’t even know existed. I am camera shy so I didn’t get a photo with him at our closing, but I’m so glad I filled out my information on his website (in which he called me personally within an hour or so).
