Thank goodness for Jeremy and his team! I kept getting calls and text from people all over the place. One guy was in New York, another in Texas. They were trying to give me an offer on my house without even looking at it. Ummm no thanks! I looked up local house buyers and Ruston Capital by far had the most reviews (and deservingly so).
