RTD Ice Dam Removal

They did a great job. Techs were on time and worked hard. The only thing is that it was VERY expensive.

I have used this business twice. Both times I called early in the morning and they came out within hours. All of the employees have been professional and do a good job. I hope to not need their services again but I will certainly call if I do. I would refer people to the business.

They arrived on time and set to work immediately. The ice dams were removed as per the request. I will pick up the cigarette butts they left in several places . The bushes that they tossed the snow and ice on may recover but maybe with substantial damage. It was the end of a busy day for them and they were eager to be gone ASAP. They did the work that they were told to do, however they could have been more concerned with the damage they caused.

Was very satisfied with the service. They were here one hour after I called. Both men were polite and pleasant. The only down side was I wish they could have cleaned up a little more on the patio. it was too heavy for me to shovel. They did a fine job.

Very quick to come, very professional. Only a one hour minimum vs. 4 from other companies. Took about 90 minutes. Evaluated which ice dams needed removal.

I have had trouble with ice dams on my house every year.....but nothing like what built up recently. At some points the ice dam was 12 inches thick and icicles hung longer than my yard stick. I called RTD for help. A few days later two workers arrived and steamed off every bit of ice. They cleaned up the yard of any snow or ice that had fallen on the steps and sidewalk.

I had a positive experience with your company. The people answering phones were very helpful, and seemed to care about my situation. They followed up on my concerns. The workers came out when they said they would, and did a very thorough job, including putting sand and salt on the icy sidewalks and steps. It took longer than I had anticipated, so - consequently - cost more, but it had to be done. My neighbors right across the street also used your company for their ice dam situation, however, they were charged a lower hourly fee than I was. I meant to inquire about this, but seem to have let it pass. I was given a lower rate than advertised anyway, so I will not complain - just wonder... Thank you for your helpful and competent work on my house.

RTD was available on short order to take care of my ice dam problem. The crew came on time and were very courteous and professional. They only worked on the area requested and documented the exact time for the job from start to finish. I was quite pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism of the staff. Of course the results were great - no leakage in my house even with the rain on top of the remaining snow on the roof.
