Paul Rowe is a very effective, neutral appraiser. I hired him to do a house study that was very difficult to achieve since the property was unique. And yet, he was successful in finding comparable properties and give me an accurate assessment of the value of the house.

I really don't understand why these guys have so many 5 stars reviews, they don't know how to do an appraisal. So, back in March, Quicken Loans requested an appraisal so I can refinance my property and to my surprise, the appraisal done by David came back way undervalued, by $80K!!! I knew something was wrong and requested a new appraisal with a different company, which did the appraisal in mid May. So, if you are in need of an accurate appraisal, go somewhere else!
