I found Rowe appraisal group on google. I saw a house on Saturday and it was everything I wanted, I had to have a quick turnaround time and needed someone ASAP to appraise the property. I called Paul on a Saturday late afternoon, most places are closed or no answer, well Paul answered. Not only did he answer but he was able to have someone come out on Monday to appraise the property! I was ecstatic things went very smooth ! The property was appraised and I had the appraisal report by Wednesday. I'm a first time home buyer so I wasn't sure what to expect.
