Paul came in on short notice on a Sunday to look appraise a home that was a little tricky in that there were very few true comparable homes. He worked through the analysis and provided me what the thought process was in coming to his conclusion. He did a great job with a quick turn around time.

I have met with, interviewed and worked with many different appraisers. Most I wouldn't give a nickle for advise, I say this because Paul is far beyond his competition in valuing properties. His work ethic is outstanding, his approach to value is detailed and has a methodology that surpasses his competition by a long shot. The fact that he even has a method is a step above the rest.
