This program is absolutely amazing!! I’ve spent years yo-yo dieting, binge eating, and have tried all sorts of “quick fixes” which were never sustainable in the long run and only led to digestive/gut issues. I love how this program literally reset my gut. Not only have I lost so much body fat and inches but I feel more energized and rejuvenated with the red light therapy beds they have! I couldn’t have done it without the accountability coaches too! I cannot recommend this place enough!
