I honestly can’t say enough about the amazing team at Rockland County Weight loss. I am down 20lbs in 12 weeks. I feel energized and getting healthier by the day. The support I’ve received is beyond anything I’ve experienced… and I’ve tried my fair share of programs lol… I am excited to continue my journey and with this team I know I will be the best version of myself.

This program is absolutely amazing!! I’ve spent years yo-yo dieting, binge eating, and have tried all sorts of “quick fixes” which were never sustainable in the long run and only led to digestive/gut issues. I love how this program literally reset my gut. Not only have I lost so much body fat and inches but I feel more energized and rejuvenated with the red light therapy beds they have! I couldn’t have done it without the accountability coaches too! I cannot recommend this place enough!

If you’re looking for results…Rockland County Weight Loss is the place!! After researching many places and trying fad diets, I have never been more satisfied in such a short period of time. Working with Joe, Tracy and Sierra have been AMAZING and the best coaches and motivators that made the process fun! My friends and family have noticed a difference in my appearance and have said I look younger. That in itself is rewarding. I have lost 13 pounds not including the amount of body fat percentage . I am so happy my mom found this place! I have always struggled with weight fluctuations and never felt at my best and this place has helped me achieve becoming my best self. The nutrition program has been easy to do and I find myself always incorporating protein and veggies in my diet and drinking a ton of water. I could not have asked for a better team to help me on my weight loss journey. Joe and Tracy have been incredible! As of today I am down 43 pounds in 3 months, I have lost about 18 inches of my whole body. I never imagined that I wouldve been able to get this far and feel so incredible at the same time.
