Best decision I could have made for myself turning 60! I was finally able to loose my 20lbs of menopausal weight gain and really feel healthy again. The program works! Everyone there is so knowledgeable and supportive with every part of the program.

Not only have I lost all the weight I wanted to, more importantly, I learned how to eat responsibly and if I have a bad day how to correct it and get right back on track This is not a quick fix, it is a lifestyle change that I desperately needed.

Very friendly staff, always available for questions. Always answer my texts within few minutes. I’ve Lost 25lbs and learning to keep it off. People at work notice a difference and I’m trying for maybe another 5-10 lbs. I was even able to keep up with my diet plan while camping up the west coast for two weeks.

The team at rockland weight loss are awesome. Joe is an inspiration and working with the 3 wonderful ladys has put me on the right path. I am down 30lbs and have no plans on stopping. Thank you Joe and the angels.

I’ve been coming to Rockland County Weight Loss since March and my experience has been great! I initially started only wanted to lose about 20 pounds that I was trying to lose for many years. I lost that within the first month of the program. As someone who has struggled with my weight my whole life I’m grateful to RCWL because I now have the tools necessary to not only continue losing weight but keep it off for good without starving myself or completely eliminating the foods I love. I’m not only pleased with my physical results but I feel fantastic. The program is not a quick fix, it’s a lifestyle change but Joe, Sierra, Tracey, and Jen are there to support you every step of the way. Great people who are very passionate about what they do and you can absolutely tell that from the moment you walk in the door. I’m very grateful I found this place.

The nutrition plan works, and the lights work very well, the ladies are very helpful and available when you call them with questions and advice, I lost 22 pounds and going strong, I highly recommend Rockland weight loss to anyone that is looking to lose weight and get healthier

Before coming to the Rockland County Weight Loss Center, I tried so many diets and followed trends I read in the news but nothing worked. For years, the scale wouldn't budge and I was so discouraged. Since January 20, 2025, I have lost 17 pounds so far and I feel great and have so much more energy! The entire team is wonderful and having a coach on hand to text to answer any questions is so helpful.

The staff is very helpful. My experience has been very positive. I would recommend this to anyone that is serious about losing weight. The red light therapy is incredible, not only for weight loss - it's been phenominel for my skin making it glow and tighten. I'm very happy with my results.
