The nutrition plan works, and the lights work very well, the ladies are very helpful and available when you call them with questions and advice, I lost 22 pounds and going strong, I highly recommend Rockland weight loss to anyone that is looking to lose weight and get healthier

I recently went for a consultation at Rockland county Weight Loss, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The team was incredibly honest and straightforward about their approach, which I truly appreciated.

What stood out to me the most was their dedication to helping individuals who are genuinely committed to losing weight and improving their health. They took the time to listen to my goals and concerns, and provided valuable insights tailored to my needs. It was clear that their mission is to support and empower clients on their journey to wellness.
Though I haven’t officially signed on yet, I left the consultation feeling inspired and motivated. The positive energy and expertise of the staff made a lasting impression on me. I’m excited...

Before coming to the Rockland County Weight Loss Center, I tried so many diets and followed trends I read in the news but nothing worked. For years, the scale wouldn't budge and I was so discouraged. Since January 20, 2025, I have lost 17 pounds so far and I feel great and have so much more energy! The entire team is wonderful and having a coach on hand to text to answer any questions is so helpful.

The staff is very helpful. My experience has been very positive. I would recommend this to anyone that is serious about losing weight. The red light therapy is incredible, not only for weight loss - it's been phenominel for my skin making it glow and tighten. I'm very happy with my results.

I'm so glad that I’ve found this program in Rockland. I'd tried red light therapy before, but the quality of these machines is unbeatable. I paired the lights with the nutrition and have seen incredible results. I feel like my old self, and I feel so clean and clear. It's helped me exponentially to get back on track, and I know it will sustain me to keep being healthy! The staff is so amazing and helpful, I felt so supported by Joe, Searra, Tracey, and Jen. I look forward to completing the program and dream of getting my own machine one day!

Absolutely love this place. The red light therapy has made my skin better than ever. My skin is smoother, tighter and so soft. I'm also sleeping better/deeper. They have so many different types of red light beds and they are all so relaxing, that I never want to leave. I also love their vibration machines which feels like a workout on their own. The girls working there are so sweet and super helpful. Highly recommended!!! You will love it here ♥️

it’s a good program that involves taking supplements drinking shakes and plenty of water throughout the program; red light spa beds are also used to enhance weight loss which feel great..for me it has been a slow process losing weight nevertheless i am still losing and i feeling great. I would recommend this program to anyone not wanting to use weight loss injections it’s safer and for me it’s worth the effort.

It is so easy and comforting working with the team at Rockland County Weight Loss. The support I've received has been fabulous! I'm down 26 lbs and holding steady at this weight (for now.) One of the best things I've learned is what to eat. I have not been hungry once! And I no longer crave those foods that are not good for me.

The staff here are simply marvelous. Down to earth and so in tune with the client they are working with. The different equipment is comfortable and so soothing. I am down to a size ten after only 4 months and am well pleased. Not unhappy with me anymore. Best is yet to come. Thanks guys.
