I absolutely love this place! My only wish is that I found it sooner. I had gastric bypass surgery and it was a fail, I was desperate for something and that’s when I found this place! The nutrition plan is great and the red light therapy has helped me in so many ways, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and had to go through chemo, the red light therapy not only helped with tightening my skin, draining my fat cells, but it also rejuvenated my cells, doing this program I feel great! It’s such a blessing I found this place, and Joe is great! He was there every step of the way and got me to my goal. Proud to say I am down 100 lbs! Very happy with this program .

Very friendly staff, always available for questions. Always answer my texts within few minutes. I’ve Lost 25lbs and learning to keep it off. People at work notice a difference and I’m trying for maybe another 5-10 lbs. I was even able to keep up with my diet plan while camping up the west coast for two weeks.

I’ve been coming to Rockland County Weight Loss since March and my experience has been great! I initially started only wanted to lose about 20 pounds that I was trying to lose for many years. I lost that within the first month of the program.
