Everyone I ROCKLAND County Weight Loss have been wonderful with me. The staff have helped me and encourage me through my journey. The equipment is great. The red light therapy is very relaxing and I’ve seen much improvement on my skin. I highly recommend trying, Rockland County Weight Loss.

Before I started this program, I must say I was in a bad way, I was taking ozempic for 4 months and developed some pretty bad side effects of the medication especially in my stomach. I really never lost the weight that I thought I was going to, and my eating habits were honestly still pretty bad. I knew that I had to change this direction before it drastically got worse, I came across this place through Instagram and decided why not see what its about, I met Joe and honestly I really never met a more genuine honest human being who was so direct, tell you like it is and it was such a breath of fresh air. I decided to take the leap and go for it and it was the best decision I probably could've made for myself. After 4 months on my journey I am down 45 pounds and going strong. Ive never had this much energy and motivation in my life, the red light therapy really changed the game for me....

This place has been a game changer! It's the missing link/piece to the puzzle. Finally with the help of Rockland County Weight loss I was able to lose the weight and the excess fat from my body that I've been trying for years to lose. I worked out and ate correctly and the weight still wasn't moving no matter what I did. Once I found this place and totally reset my diet and utilize their systems here it all clicked! It works!
