This place has been a game changer! It's the missing link/piece to the puzzle. Finally with the help of Rockland County Weight loss I was able to lose the weight and the excess fat from my body that I've been trying for years to lose. I worked out and ate correctly and the weight still wasn't moving no matter what I did. Once I found this place and totally reset my diet and utilize their systems here it all clicked! It works! I will never be the same , because it works and makes sense and my body has responded to all of the changes.
