I joined Rockland Weight Loss when I was in a very bad place. I was emotionally eating and I had gained 27 pounds in a short period of time. They took me under their wing and helped get me on the right track. I lost the weight and now feel like my old self. The women in the office are very thoughtful and caring. My experience has been stellar! The RCWL team is super supportive, providing tips and encouragement along the way. Tracey has been my anchor and inspiration! My ability to shift my relationship to eating, food in general & drinking massive amounts of water, amazes me. I haven’t been able to make that shift in any of the many other programs I have tried up until now. And seeing and feeling the rapid results makes it so much easier to stay committed. This has also had a positive effect on my pocketbook, as I “food shop” with intention and commitment. Opposed to the free for all style I used to apply to my food choices. If you’re looking for a balanced program of machines, food plan and support, here ya go….you won’t be disappointed!

Rockland County Weight loss has been a very positive experience. The nutrition program is easy to follow and definitely helps to reset the body. I immediately had more energy, and didn’t crave sweets anymore. The red light therapy is so soothing, and relaxing especially after a day of work. The red light therapy helped me lose 23 lbs, many inches, and helped soothe arthritis joint pain. As someone who struggled to lose weight for many years, I felt that this was the most effective. The entire staff is very friendly and supportive to help you along the way. Definitely recommend it.

Finally a lifestyle I can live with. Love this place. The staff is fantastic. Tracey is a godsend any questions I had she answered immediately.The red light therapy is so relaxing and a great boost to losing inches . At 65 years old was able to lose weight, learn how to eat and snack the right way AND I stopped smoking without gaining a pound. Love Rockland Weight loss, Staff is great and I look forward to going every week. Not to mention that they helped me lose 58 lbs.!!
