I have been coming to rockland county weight loss for the past 4 months. I met Joe the 1st day when I walked in and saw the signs. He was welcoming and told me what I needed to hear and motivated me. I have been an athlete for my whole life but had a few injuries and being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis which left me to gain a lot of unwanted weight from fatigue and unable to be as active. With the program Joe set me up with I was able to lose 30 lbs in the 1st 3 months and I am down another 10 in the 4 month. I feel great and Joe is always there when I have questions about what I can or shouldn't eat. The products work great! I love the shakes and the flavors that are offered. Wow what an experience it has been on this weightloss journey, at Rockland County Weight Loss!
