Rockland County Weight Loss

I am over 50 and need to get my health in check. I started Rockland County Weight Loss 2 months ago and am very pleased with the results I am starting to see so far and I really like that I have someone holding me accountable as I continue on this path to looking and feeling better.

I was in doubt until i tried it for myself. Before I started I was in a size 13 jeans and now i’m in a size 9 jeans. It REALLY works and the staff is very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. 🤙

I’m 60 years old before coming to Rockland County Weight Loss I’ve had Metapause problems where the pounds were just continuously adding on and I was getting so overwhelmed and so miserable I felt trapped in my own body. Best experience! I’ve tried many weight loss methods. This has by far has been the most effective. Joe has been so supportive and encouraging throughout the whole process. Whenever I had a question about nutrition, he was there every step of the way. If I felt hungry, he would help me through it and give me alternatives during my specific cravings. I've been working with Joe since August. Of course I was skeptical I've tried so many things and have been disappointed so many times, I've been bloated, couldn't use the bathroom, and in constant struggle trying to keep off 5 pounds.
