I’m 60 years old before coming to Rockland County Weight Loss I’ve had Metapause problems where the pounds were just continuously adding on and I was getting so overwhelmed and so miserable I felt trapped in my own body. I had high blood pressure, cholesterol, and almost a type 2 diabetic. I’ve been working with Joe through his 12 Week program, I’m down 50 yes, 50 pounds and still losing. Best experience! I’ve tried many weight loss methods. This has by far has been the most effective. Joe has been so supportive and encouraging throughout the whole process. Whenever I had a question about nutrition, he was there every step of the way. If I felt hungry, he would help me through it and give me alternatives during my specific cravings. I've been working with Joe since August.
