My first visit to NYC Spine Care was over a year ago and it was great. From the reception to the doctor, everyone is very friendly and professional. Doctor is knowledgeable and thoughtful. Appointments are easily available and never had to wait during my visits.

The NYC Spine, are a team who are professional, courteous, while sharing their expertise educating you on your treatment. The staff always make you feel welcome.

This place is awesome, the staff is amazing, I cannot tell you how much better I feel after going her, my back and neck is not 100% but in time it will be. They are welcoming, warm and professional staff. You cannot go wrong getting treatment at this place. They only have 5 stars, but I would give them 10.

I’ve been pre diabetic, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol as long as I can remember. I really felt that I reached the point where I just didn’t have it in me to try anymore, until I found this place. Joes knowledge that he has given me for a complete lifestyle change has been incredible. The instant I started I noticed wow this is what a healthy body is supposed to feel like. Here is my 5 month update, No longer a pre diabetic, just got off high blood pressure medication, and now my cholesterol is stable. I absolutely love this place! My only wish is that I found it sooner. I had gastric bypass surgery and it was a fail, I was desperate for something and that’s when I found this place! The nutrition plan is great and the red light therapy has helped me in so many ways, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and had to go through chemo, the red light therapy not only helped with tightening my skin, draining my fat cells, but it also rejuvenated my cells, doing this program I feel great! It’s such a blessing I found this place, and Joe is great! He was there every step of the way and got me to my goal. Proud to say I am down 100 lbs! Very happy with this program 😊

I recently started coming to Rockland County Weight Loss and have been working with Joe and Searra for nutrition counseling. The facility itself is spotless and welcoming, and Joe’s coaching keeps me grounded and accountable. The guidance is easy to follow - I have gained a better understanding of my body’s relationship with the foods that I eat, plus I’ve learned what to look for on product labels to make better-informed decisions about what I consume. Together with Joe’s suggested exercises & state-of-the-art Red Light Therapy treatment not only have I lost weight, but my skin is positively glowing! Since joining three months ago, I look and feel ten years younger - no regrets here!
