Working with Joe, Tracy and Sierra have been AMAZING and the best coaches and motivators that made the process fun! My friends and family have noticed a difference in my appearance and have said I look younger. That in itself is rewarding. I have lost 13 pounds not including the amount of body fat percentage . I am so happy my mom found this place! I have always struggled with weight fluctuations and never felt at my best and this place has helped me achieve becoming my best self. I could not have asked for a better team to help me on my weight loss journey. Joe and Tracy have been incredible! As of today I am down 43 pounds in 3 months, I have lost about 18 inches of my whole body. I never imagined that I wouldve been able to get this far and feel so incredible at the same time. My energy is through the roof, I have no more knee pain from the excess weight and the feeling of just feeling healthy makes everything for me. I joined 3 months ago. I have lost 33 lbs so far. This program has been life changing. Before I started; I did not drink water, eat vegetables or fish. Now, I don’t go through a day without them. Dr. Josh is amazing! He listened to all of my complaints and knew exactly how to treat me. My pain was affecting my quality of life and without Dr. Josh and his knowledge I wouldn't know how I would be able to continue. He has the hands of a God. I will never get treated anywhere else again.

NYCSPINECARE changed my life! I had so much tightness all over my body due to working out as well as having lower back pain. I came in for chiropractic care and that’s when they told me my insurance covers for medical massage and acupuncture as well! I was so excited to know I didn’t have to pay out of pocket b/c my insurance covers it. I feel better every time I leave waiting to come back for more. I have been going to Rockland Weight Loss for 8 weeks to be a supportive husband.
