I showed up right at 9am. Saturday, June 1, 2024. 5 cars deep in the drive-through, then the employees are parked right by the door, where you would think The lobby is open since there’s two cars there. Thinking that you were able to go inside on a Saturday. WRONG!!!! Myself and 4others, including an elderly lady, got out of their car and walked up to the lobby doors. Which was locked on Saturdays.
So then I get back into my car and I go to the to drive up isles. The teller had the wrong one marked open so I went to the open one. Then she tells me there’s only one open on the weekends. So then I had to turn around and now I’m three cars deeper than what I would’ve been if she would’ve had the right aisle marked closed. It would be helpful if the employees would not park by the door that you walk up to on the weekends Giving a false sense that the bank lobby is open.....
