I was disappointed in my gutter cleaning service yesterday, 1/3/2023, for the first time. The representative showed up on time. I asked him if he would help me hook my hose back up so he could use it in the downspouts. He said it was not necessary because he has a hose on the truck. I explained I wanted water run down the downspouts that led to the French drains, just to make sure they were clear. No water hose was ever used. He used only the blower to blow leaves from the gutters, then said he used it to blow the leaves down and out of the downspouts. The leaves he blew out of gutters were then blown off the patio into the lawn, which was muddy and wet. None were picked up. When he came to the door for payment, he tried to charge me the $129 for the gutters, then an extra $60 for cleaning out three French drains, which he could only use his hands in, as there was never water...
