Rigdon Inc

I have been a customer of Rigdon, Inc. here in Kansas City for several years. When it comes to having my gutters service I only consider Rigdon. Their service techs particularly, Michael, model Customer Focus. He listens to my concerns and offers solid recommendations. The service is very complete and the clean up is great.

The providers arrived on time with a call ahead. They were pick and efficient. We had the twenty windows outside only. Overall they did a decent job. One of the bedroom windows was not done very well but otherwise it was good.

Easy to set up the appointment. In my case, we had a snow storm forecasted on the original appt date. They were very accommodating on making sure the window cleaning was done when needed. They showed up as scheduled and did a great job. The guys who came out made sure I was satisfied with the work before they left.

I love my "Rigdon" windows! After 3 years of living in this house, I discovered Rigdon. The windows were extremely dirty due to the dirty rain the comes off the tree leaves. It had accumulated for years. The two young men who cleaned the windows did a perfect job including re-cleaning a couple of especially dirty windows on my request. They were courteous and very efficient. I recommend Rigdon to anyone who enjoys the "luxury" of clean windows in their home.
