Rigdon went above and beyond this past week. I had a cleaning scheduled for Friday, in preparation for an event in my home on Saturday afternoon. I received a call Friday morning explaining they would need to reschedule due to a staffing issue. My first thought was panic because my windows were so dusty and dirty. Immediately the scheduler offered to send a technician on Saturday morning as she noticed a note in my file referring to the Saturday event. The technician arrived earlier than scheduled and did a superior job.
I highly recommend Rigdon for window cleaning- and will continue to use them for future cleaning.

We scheduled a window cleaning with Rigdon a month or two ago. They sent reminders and the associate, Luis, called 20 minutes before he arrived. Luis arrived as scheduled, was very polite and professionally dressed. He did a wonderful job with all of the cleaning, absolutely no concerns at all. Luis is a great representative for Rigdon and we will schedule a window cleaning again next year.

Rigdon guys always leave my windows so clean that they look as though they aren’t there. I like to watch Kevin’s technique, because he’s like an artist at work.
