On time good work no problems

Earlier this week Daryl cleaned 40 of my exterior windows and 20 inside the house. These windows are so clean and they now sparkle! Nice job, Daryl!

Rigdon always arrives at the time they specify and the two gentlemen that washed windows yesterday did a wonderful job.

I had Rigdon help me out with a gutter-water drainage issue in my front yard. The process of setting up an appointment for the quote and the job was accommodating and flexible. The team they sent to do the job were very proficient and got the job done fast. I have another job I want to line up for them.

A couple of notes:

On some occasions, leaves, etc. from the gutters are dropped in a way that causes them to leave dirt on my windows. I also contract with Rigdon to clean my windows. So it feels a little intentional.

I appreciate the crew cleaning up my deck with leaf blowers, but other items on my deck were blown around and not replaced in their original position.

Finally, I did not consent to Rigdon posting a sign in my yard, no matter how small.

All that being said, I will continue to use Rigdon, but better attention to the details would allow me to give the company 5 stars online.

Double hung windows with pains were cleaned in a professional and efficient manor.
