They are a locally owned company, they do nice work, and I know that they listen to my concerns. The crew called ahead of time, arrived early, which was great for us. They looked at all the windows I wanted cleaned, and let me know their concerns about tree branches, etc. They did a really good job without complaint. They were courteous, kind and overall nice guys.

The technician who cleaned my gutters was fantastic. He was very efficient & did a great job. When he was finished, he picked up debris & left my yard without any gutter gunk

Rigdon went above and beyond this past week. I had a cleaning scheduled for Friday, in preparation for an event in my home on Saturday afternoon. I received a call Friday morning explaining they would need to reschedule due to a staffing issue. My first thought was panic because my windows were so dusty and dirty. Immediately the scheduler offered to send a technician on Saturday morning as she noticed a note in my file referring to the Saturday event. The technician arrived earlier than scheduled and did a superior job. I highly recommend Rigdon for window cleaning- and will continue to use them for future cleaning.
