My representative was right on time. Called ahead to let me know he was ten minutes out. Super polite and efficient. Communicated throughout the project and upon completion. I’ve used Rigdon for several services and continue to be pleased with their professionalism. I have begun referring them to my friends. I rarely do that because I’ve been let down so many times but these guys are the real deal.

Scheduler was friendly and accommodating. Service person came earlier than pre-arranged window, okay for us because we didn't need to be home. He did call first and ask if that was okay, which was appreciated.
